Reading delivery
Custom readings are delivered by email as a written PDF plus a private recorded interpretation. The recording will ordinarily be audio; occasionally, Kim may choose video when it better serves the material. This does not change the substance or value of the reading. Current offerings do not include a live call unless a listing explicitly says so.

Timing
Please allow five to seven business days after all required information has been received for a custom reading. If additional time is needed, Kim will contact you using the email associated with the purchase. Earlier delivery may occur but is not guaranteed.

Accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate birth details, contact information, and context. If you provide personal information about another person for a Bloodline reading, you confirm that you have the right or permission to share it for this purpose. The Anchored Heart is not responsible for limitations caused by missing or incorrect details.

Offerings are for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, education, and entertainment. They are not professional advice and do not guarantee outcomes. Your judgment and agency remain your own. The complete boundaries of the work appear on the Important Information & Grounded Care page.

Personal use and copyright
Unless stated otherwise, readings, PDFs, recordings, workbooks, course materials, writing, and artwork are for the purchaser's personal, noncommercial use. They may not be copied, resold, published, uploaded, taught, distributed, or shared publicly without written permission.

Payments, cancellations, and availability
Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Anchored Heart may correct errors, update prices, pause an offering, or refuse and refund an order when necessary to protect the integrity or safe scope of the work.
