Refund & cancellation policy
Because digital materials and custom readings are different kinds of offerings, their refund terms are different too.

Digital products are nonrefundable once the download, access link, or file has been delivered. Please read the description carefully before purchasing. If you receive the wrong file, a damaged file, a duplicate charge, or no delivery at all, email Kim so the issue can be corrected.

A custom reading may be canceled for a refund only before preparation has begun. Preparation begins when Kim starts reviewing the birth information, creating or studying charts, gathering notes, or recording material for the order. Once that personalized work begins, the reading becomes nonrefundable.

Email [email protected] as soon as possible with the purchaser name, email address, and offering purchased. If the order remains eligible, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Readings are reflective and interpretive. A difference of opinion, lack of resonance, or an outcome that unfolds differently than hoped does not create a right to a refund after personalized preparation has begun or delivery has occurred. Kim still welcomes respectful questions about the material you received.
